What are scented candles?

Scented candles combine atmospheric lighting with refined fragrances that enrich your home and create a warm, inviting atmosphere. Our candles are made from plant-based soy wax and have a cotton wick for a clean and even burn.

How can I request an invoice for my order?

When you enter your VAT number at checkout, you will receive the invoice directly by email and you can also download it on the payment page. If you unexpectedly have not received your invoice, please send an email to customerservice@atelierrebul.be with your order number and the desired invoice details. Our customer service team is happy to assist you.

How do I correctly burn a scented candle?

Trim the wick to 5 mm before lighting the candle to minimize smoke. Allow the candle to burn long enough during the first use until the top layer is completely melted so that the wax can be evenly distributed. Place the candle on a heat-resistant surface, away from drafts and flammable materials, and do not let the candle burn for more than 3-4 hours at a time.

When will my package be shipped?

Orders placed before 10 PM will be processed the same day. In exceptional cases and for gift box orders, it may take an extra day.

Are the candles safe for use in small spaces?

Yes, thanks to the clean burning of the vegetable wax and the cotton wick. However, always follow the safety guidelines and never leave a burning candle unattended.

How can I track my package?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email about it. Through this email, you can go directly to the tracking page of your package.

What should I do if my order does not arrive or is damaged?

If you receive an order that is missing items, damaged, or incorrect, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. It is advisable to take photos of the box of the damaged package and the shipping label, as we almost always need these to properly handle the damage process.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Once an order has been placed, we unfortunately cannot change or cancel it. Please check your order before submitting it to ensure that everything is correct.

Is there free shipping?

That depends on your order value and where the package needs to be delivered. For shipments within the Benelux, we offer this for free starting from €50; below this amount, shipping costs of €5.95 will be charged. For more information about shipping costs, you can consult our shipping policy.
