User Agreement & Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Site’s User Agreement. It applies to all information—including personal data—collected by the Site Administration during your use of the site and fulfillment of agreements between the user and Site Administration.

By using the website, the user unconditionally agrees to this Privacy Policy and the terms of personal data processing described herein. If the user disagrees with these terms, they must refrain from using the site.

  • User consent for processing remains valid throughout the duration of obligations between the Site Administration and the User.
  • If the user revokes consent, they must notify the Site Administration in writing or via email. Upon receipt, data processing will cease, and the data will be deleted.

The site does not qualify as a personal data operator. Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties except in cases explicitly stated in this Privacy Policy.
