Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection.

At Atelier Rebul, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that situations may arise where a product does not meet your expectations or raises questions about its quality. For your convenience, we offer clear return and exchange guidelines.

 

🛍️ Return of Goods of Proper Quality

If the product you ordered does not meet your expectations or you simply changed your mind, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receipt.
To be eligible, the item must be in pristine condition, unused, in its original packaging and complete set. However, due to hygiene regulations and product nature, the following categories are non-returnable:

  • Perfume and cosmetic products

This list is exhaustive. Products not included in this list are eligible for return if they meet all conditions outlined in Article 9 of the Law.

 

🔄 How to Return Items of Proper Quality

  1. Contact our Customer Care team via phone: +380660939015 or email: info@atelier-rebul.ua to notify us of your intent to return.
  2. Pack the item securely to prevent damage in transit.
  3. Send the product via Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta to the following address:
    Dniprovska Naberezhna, 14A, 02095, Kyiv, Ukraine
  4. Once we receive and inspect the product, the refund will be issued to your bank card within 5 business days, minus shipping charges.

 

🚫 Return of Goods of Improper Quality

We guarantee all Atelier Rebul products meet the highest quality standards. If you discover defects or damage, we will gladly replace the item or refund the full amount.

 

🧾 How to Return Items of Improper Quality

  1. Contact us at +380660939015 or email: info@atelier-rebul.ua, describing the issue.
  2. Ship the item via Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta to the address:
    Dniprovska Naberezhna, 14A, 02095, Kyiv, Ukraine
  3. After receiving and inspecting the return, we will refund the full value of the item along with any transportation costs to your bank card within 5 business days.

 

💳 Refunds

  • For returns of proper quality, we will refund the product cost excluding delivery charges.
  • For returns of improper quality, we will refund the entire purchase amount, including shipping costs.
  • Refunds will be made to the original bank card used during the purchase.
